The offering through phpfog appears to rely on standard Apache servers. J is
not among the language interfaces presently supported under Apache. My guess
is that they do not offer customized application server benefits, in which
case there is no opportunity to host J through this service. I think the
same situation applies in general with their competitors.

Some hosting companies offer more individualized access to server
configuration. Making arrangements to install and configure J on a webserver
could be possible in those cases. The special attention involved makes this
a different market from the sort of service I see offered by phpfog.
