I installed J on my iPhone, and it showed up on my iPad thanks to the magic of 
iCloud. 
But the two reviews are included in the App Store page for J Programming 
Language on my iPad. Apple might be smart enough to keep the submitter from 
stuffing the ballot box, but it's not likely they would keep him from reading 
reviews of his own products.
