I am running J 7.01 64-bit under OSX Lion. It works fine for me, including the GTK interface. It's on my other machine still running Snow Leopard that I have problems, in particular the mouse cursor freezing whenever I quit J after using GTK, forcing me to reboot the machine. I ended up switching to the Web interface, which works fine everywhere, as does Emacs with j-mode, which I now use for most of my work.
