I'm a Canadian, and found this product just in time for
Christmas. It's on sale now, for $1499.

I found it rather funny, that this machine running MS Windows
would be legal in the states, but if you have a computer running Linux
with a CDRW, or a DVD-R, this will soon be termed illegal.

Some of the features of this product?

You can record music, Video, DVD's, and TV channels to the inboard
80 GB hard drive, and edit them their in your machine, burn a
custom DVD or CD, and make many copies viewable for a
PC or other DVD players.

Gee, this awfully sounds like a home computer product to me.

And so much for protect the rights of musicians, movie artists,
and the like by the US congress by computers.

If you're a US citizen and read this, could you forward 
this note with the web link and inform this Texan Congressman
this product is on US store shelves now.

And ask him where is the protection for the 'motion picture'
industry, or the recording artists, when this product went to 
market.
