Most people(99.9%) that I know that have a Dell, will order a second one. I've worked with and on them. They use mostly standard parts that are good quality. Their service and support is very good. I tell most people to either buy a Dell or have me build them one. I like Dell's, they are highly upgradable and mostly, except for winmodems, Linux compatible.
