I believe someone has replied to this before.  The big question is what do 
you want to do?  Do yoiui want to get rid of Suse, do you want to keep it 
and add RH to the system -what?

Who knows about the Winmodem.  There is a site that lists winmodems and how 
well they work but I don't have the address handy here.
