No, quite the contrary. But a lot of people often over look both these 
manufacturers and view them as being... second best. Fact is, both are high 
quality hardware makers and perform beyond regular desktop duties very well. 
At work we've got several  "old" Soyo 5ema+ doing server duties 24/7 with 
zero problems... hemmm it's been years now...  :')
