SANS is indeed the best training I have *ever* received.
I have been to two conferences, and each time I came back giddy from
the knowledge-transfer and hands-on experience I had obtained.  The
certification process has further pushed my knowledge and experience
beyond the classroom into the "Real"

I highly recommend SANS training.
