You fellas bragging about B-B-Q. What do you think of "purple hull, ham hocks & southern corn bread (no sugar. The corn bread cooked in a skillet in the oven with oil poured over it to brown the crust. Beats the hell outa barbeque. IMHO. I was married to a southern girl who was a hell of a cook and so was her older sister. After she ran me off I married another Texan who, also, is an exemplary cook. We just had our first first green beans & ham hocks this season this week end. All three of these gals cooked it the same way. Bob
