Given all the web sites outside the US that offer anonymous surfing, for
example to Chinese who cannot access some sites because of state
controls, what do they hope to accomplish with keeping records? Will the
US then blacklist countries with these sites and not let them have
access to US content? All those 'w's in www should give a clue as to the
futility of it. Asinine. Can't Al Gore explain it to them in
Congress-speak?
