I have enabled the userdir module in Apache so TU's can throw bits and pieces in to ~/public_html/ and have it served via HTTP. Use it share/host anything you need to for testing etc.
TU's let me know if you want a PostgreSQL username/database for devel/testing. Cheers, ~p
