Maybe I can help with the forum for now. My main concern is that I'm not an English native speaker, I have no problem with understanding but I'm far from confident about my replies (and misunderstanding in a forum always lead to trouble). For the tech' part, I know both PHP and fluxBB. Tell me if other skills are required...
