Hello Kazimieras,

the Vision of ArchServer is not really formalized right now. We have already 
defined some of the more basic things for a distribution. So take the following 
not as written in stone, it is just some thoughts from myself:

- KISS (thats probably the main difference to the big ones out there)
- Always be free, as in beer but also as in speech 
- Having a more stable approach to packages then our Mother-Distro
- Stick with pacman and the related package structure

You will find some more stuff in our wiki (see e.g. 
http://wiki.archserver.org/index.php/ArchServer_compared_to_Arch_Linux) and in 
our forums.
