Yes, I'm the only moderator at the moment. Happy to add others who want to volunteer in so others can release :) My thinking with doing it this way was for 3 reasons: 1) Ensuring it remains a low-volume list for people who don't want to be involved in discussions, but want to be notified of important security issues. 2) Preventing off-topic/bikeshed etc messages. 3) Spam prevention.
