I've updated these patches based on the feedback received so far:
* Added definition for missing trap 259.
* Replaced miscdevice usage with module parameters.
* Add module parameter to control SA event registration.
There is still one issue wrt the API that I'd like to get more opinions on.
Should the cache be integrated into the ib_sa and reside below the existing
ib_sa_path_rec_get()?
