Actually, the quickest solution was to install OFED 1.2.c latest build (since 
OFED 1.2 GA doesn't work on 2.6.22). Now, I am able to start the target. I can 
send you a ofed.conf file that includes the required OFED components for STGT. 
You can add that to the quick-start guide.
