My first reaction to this is to wonder why we wouldn't just use redirection as already specified in the IB architecture? It seems that having something that has to be set manually and that breaks all communication if it is set wrong is a bad idea.
This requires changes to the SAs to send the redirect message in response to a query initiated by the host. I was trying to avoid creating an actual distributed SA.
