Yes, the file "verbs.h" is the API for the libibverbs.
In the folder "$INSTALL/bin" you can find the (compiled) examples ibv_*.

Zulfi, if you build/install ofed-1.2.5, you can then get man pages for
the verbs and rdmacm APIs. Also there are header files and examples
that get build/installed.
