At the lowest level there are:

dump_lfts.sh
dump_mfts.sh

Which dump the forwarding tables from all the switches in the fabric.  Also, to
check for a route from node A to B you can use ibtracert.

ibutils might have something which displays this in a gui, however, I am not
familiar with those tools.
