The problem seems to be that
kernel_addons/backport/2.6.16_sles10/include/net/sock.h
is missing.
Patch attached. Also recorded this in bug #885.

OFED 1.2.5.5 supports SLES10 (starting from 2.6.16.21-0.8-smp) and
SLES10 Sp1 (starting from 2.6.16.43-0.3-smp).
Please update your kernel version or use the patch that you sent locally.
