We will have OFED 1.3-rc4 tomorrow after one more night of regression
It will include:
1. IPoIB: Non-SRQ for CM mode
2. IPOIB: 4K MTU
3. IPoIB - Small messages improvements
Note that today's latest build will include theses features too if
someone want to test it today
