The patch to enable this is not big - I will produce one and send it to
the list.  Might not happen before next week.
What mtu are you using?
9000.
BTW, I don't think I followed up on this to the list. The reason for the crummy throughput above was because
the Chelsio cards were in PCIe x4 slots (*blush*).

Once in x8 slots, netperf SDP_STREAM looks like this:
