Hi, According to the IB spec release 1.2.1 (section 11-7.2-1.1), an HCA can support attachment of UC QPs to a SRQ. Since it's possible for an HCA to support SRQs without supporting attachment of UC QPs to them, I believe we need a new device capabilities flag to indicate whether or not the device supports this operation.
