with a tx ring size of 64, and datagram mode, the 'window size' you will
get is approximately 64*1500, or 96k.  using the bandwidth delay product,
this implies that your interhost delay should be about .096ms to get full
rate with tcp (ignoring the basic problems with UD mode).
