Why? The function is pretty isolated and we have a lot of useless
logging right now - with -V initial OpenSM log files can grow to GBs.
There's an OSM_LOG_EXIT() in this function w/o OSM_LOG_ENTER().
I can just remove the OSM_LOG_EXIT() instead - fine by me.
