Below is a patch for the CMA code. I wasn't sure if it is ok to set

I changed the check at the beginning of cma_ib_handler() as you can
see in the patch.
So how many events would now be seen by the rdma-cm consumer? maybe it
would be better to have this event delivered only to PS_SDP IDs?
