I would guess upstream ethtool will be getting support if it doesn't
have it already. Clearly commit 3ae7c0b2 ("[ETHTOOL]: Add
ETHTOOL_[GS]FLAGS sub-ioctls") in the kernel shows that ethtool is the
right way to control LRO per interface.
