Hi,

I saw in openibd script that through creating a
/etc/sysconfig/network-script/ifcfg-ib?.???? you can create an interface with
the right pkey automatically.
The interface is also automatically switch to connected mode if IPOIB_CM is
selected in the openibd.conf file.
However, by default (at least from what I've seen on my system), the MTU of a
newly created pkey specific ipoib interface is set to 2048 (due to the fact it
is in datagram mode).
Switching it to connected allows to get a much higher MTU but doesn't change it.
Is there a way to set a default MTU for those interfaces?
It should'nt be too hard to add something in the associated ifcfg script but
I'll only to do it if it is not done somewhere else.

Regards

Nicolas
