In the function "updn_find_root_nodes_by_min_hop(OUT updn_t * p_updn)", there are two sentences"thd1 = cas_num * 0.9; thd2 = cas_num * 0.05;" I can't understand what the number "0.9, 0.05" means. Why use the number "0.9, 0.05"? What's the principle of this root node selection algorithm ?
