If that is the case then I think ftree routing may be dramatically improved.
This was also the implementation for minhop long time ago and was improved to 
calculate minhops between switches and then extend by 1 for all CAs that are 
attached to the switch.

We can add a flag to check routes between 
ALL-2-ALL
CA-2-CA
SW-2-SW
LeafSW-2-LeafSW
