Console view should be brought to the front when logs are written

In the original code, assume that the console view is not visible in the
Repositories perspective. When the first line of log is written to the Console,
the console view is activated & displayed automatically. However, currently the
refactored code does NOT do this! The user has to activate the view from the
menu item:
Window > Show View > Console
