Fix For: Visby
Hansa must be able to download resources that has been found, using the HTTP
protocol.
This also includes the following;
* Ability to handle authentication on the remote host.
* Ability to use a intranet proxy, even if it requires authentication.
* Detect if data is corrupted in the transfer.
* Retry the download a limited number of times if corrupt data is detected.
* Detect that the TCP layer stops providing data, cancel the transfer and
retry a limited number of times.
