To allow for using standard Java URL for accessing remote resources that are
locally cached makes Hansa useful to other applications, that are not aware of
its existence. One good use-case involves providing a URLClassLoader with these
custom URLs to Jar resources and ensuring that classes and resources can be
read from there.
