Hi folks,
this is not true. Jira is currently down due to me being so stupid not
to deploy our ops4j listener. Since I am running on the original data
jira needs to find that class, and I have my development machine at
work.

I will fix that tomorrow, and later we can remove the OPS4J
adjustments since hopefully crowd and LDAP-SVN will take over for user
accounts :)

Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, Bamboo and Confluence are upgraded to the latest versions
that should be Crowd-integration-enabled!
