Add windows shell extensions to easy provision bundles

Check out if the following is possible:
1. provide an windows installer that will add shell extensions that
2. on right click on a .jar or .bundle or more of them will have an entry in
the menu "Launch with Pax Runner" and submenus as "Felix", "Equinox,
"Knopflerfish"
3. once clicked will start pax runner with selected bundles as provision via
scan-bundle:
4. on right click on a directory/zip will have the same menu options as on 2
but will provision with scan-dir:
