I wanted to use the pax-construct but creating a dummy project gives
the following error:

GroupId: org.ops4j
ArtifactId: maven-pax-plugin
Version: 0.6.1
Reason: Unable to download the artifact from any repository
org.ops4j:maven-pax-plugin:pom:0.6.1
from the specified remote repositories:
central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2)
How can I add the ops4j repo?
