It was in my plan to also have the obr xml available on ops4j but yet
did not reached in top of the list. but I will do it.
BTW, I have a patch for bindex (actually this was why PeterK requested
osgi to open source it :). If you want I can send it to you. Hope it
still works, it was done a month ago or so.
