Improve progress bar feedback while building jars for "directory" bundles

In case that a selected plugin (bundle) is not a directory not a jar, pax
cursor will automatically jar the directory into a bundle.
Up to version 0.1.1 the progress bar is displayed on bundle base fact that does
not show an overview of how much of the overall progress has been archived.
Also, the dialog displaying the progress bar si shown and hidden per bundle so
it creates a flickering screen.
Solution is to do first the jar-ing process for all the bundles in this
situation, counting them first so a continuous progress bar can be shown and
also display a much better progress indicator.
