Proper shutdown of launched platform and runner "mini" osgi

Runner component bundles should be shutdown properly as in any osgi platform,
meaning that the stop should be called on the activators so a the bundles will
have the chance to do a proper shutdown (e.g. url handler could reset back the
set url stream handler factory).
Also in case of a forced shutdown (ctrl=c) the platforms an be "nicely"
shutdown.
