Yes,
Niclas and me came up with OPS as a reaction to the closing down of
Avalon because of community issues, and Wikipedia as an example of
removed entry barriers.

In our opinion, not only the out come of software development should
be freely accessible but even the contribution should be done in a
"least hassle" approach in order to capture all participation
possibilities even form occlsional users and non-experts.

I think the current activity and the quality of the projects, feedabck
and involved contributors is a great indication that this actually can
work and hopefully we can apply similar principles to the non core
parts of qi4j and other projects later on.

Happy X-mas etc to all the great folks around here, and maybe we can
get the first 1.0 with PaxLogging out before New year!
