Pax Cursor Tab should support adding of maven artifacts to the list of
provisioned URL's.
This should support the user to browse a local/remote repository and select the
maven artifact to be provisioned, which in turns adds to the list of
provisioning url's an url as scan-bundle:mvn/group/artifact/version.
The add dialog should permit selection of a certain version or LATEST.
