Share the same HttpContexts between all registrations from the same bundle

As Pax Web implemented separation of servlet contexts per http contexts, now
every registration will create a new servlet context as for evry one a new
default http context is created. This is quite unworkable especially when
considering servlets/listeners as they will be registered in their own servlet
contexts, such not been able to filter/listen anything, because in their
context there will be no servlet/resource available.
Solution is to share the same default http context for all registrations form
the same bundle.
