I committed the missing part from Pax Swissbox. So it should compile now.

But, the current version committed for Pax Web is a quick and dirty
work for supporting jsps. I'm now in the process to move that part out
to a separate module, so for the time being is better that you should
consider Pax Web as not stable.
In a matter of days now I will move this part out (jsp) and have a
stable Pax Web version. I will let everyone know when this will
happen.
