[ANNOUNCE] maven-bundle-plugin 1.2.0 released

Hi folks,

maven-bundle-plugin 1.2.0 has reached the central repository, so you can now
use:

      <plugin>
        <groupId>org.apache.felix</groupId>
        <artifactId>maven-bundle-plugin</artifactId>
        <version>1.2.0</version>
      </plugin>
