Pax Runner should be installable/run from any directory without setting PAX_HOME

Currently (till 0.6.0 inclusive) pax-run unix scripts assumes that pax runner
is installed in $home/.pax/runner in case that an env. variable PAX_HOME is not
set.
Strange enough the windows script does not make this assumption.
Best will be that pax runner can be installed in any directory (as also stated
in installation instructions in wiki).
