Adapt the current -Ddeploy boolean flag to instead take a comma separated list
of Pax-Runner profiles.
The current behavior of stopping actual deployment (but generating the
deployment pom) will still work
using -Ddeploy=false as before.
But now you'll be able to use:
mvn pax:provision -Ddeploy=war
to enable the WAR profile.
