Bundle entry scanner (and subclasses) should be able to read the scanned
dir/file pattern/recurse settings from the scanned bundle manifest file
together with defaults.
So, for example an extender implementation could provide default for the
scanned directory / file pattern that could be overwritten by the scanned
bundle using manifest entries.
