It would be great if Pax Web was available as an OSGi bundle that depends on
the Jetty 6 provided OSGi bundles rather than containing Jetty 6 itself. This
would allow separate upgrades of both components, and would allow deploying the
other Jetty 6 bundles such as annotations, thread pool, etc.
