I suggest that people doing their own profile to use confluence offering special for this. By doing so, whenever somebody sees a name in wiki, like when editing a page the can click they can click the link and go to that person profile. To do so, once you are logged in you can click on your own name in the right top part of any page, which displays something like "Welcome <your name>". Not sure but you should get then another link that says "create your own space". Click the link, follow the short instructions and edit the generated page. In the created page you can also use the news as blogging means. Then edit the page http://wiki.ops4j.org/confluence/display/ops4j/People and add your name following for example my name entry. One you created you own space you will also appear in this list: http://wiki.ops4j.org/confluence/browsepeople.action
