Support the new released configuration admin from Equinox

In February Equinox promoted their own Configuration Admin implementation.
Currently Pax Runner support only Felix configuration admin via the config
profile. This should be changed in order to support also Equinox one:
If --profiles include "config" the one specific for the targeted framework will
be used (--platform). If a use wants a specific implementation they can use:
confg-felix / config-equinox / config-knopflerfish regardless the targeted
framework, so they can use config admin from equinox with Felix or the other
way around.
